• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
• Advertise positions across various platforms and employ innovative sourcing techniques to find ideal candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies for process enhancement.
• Foster strong relationships with Hiring Managers to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals.
• Generate Recruitment Status reports using Excel for management review.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct general HR administration tasks, such as drafting appointment and confirmation letters.
• Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Process vendors' invoices within the internal system.
• Manage hotel reservations, air ticket bookings, and visa applications.
• Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Management, HR, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Passionate about recruitment and adept at driving employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local Employment Act and HR practices.
• Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and counterparts
