Responsibilities:

• Internal Communication – To co-ordinate communication between outlet staff members, central kitchen, and the warehouse department.
• Manufacturing Planning – To review and modify the daily manufacturing orders sent to the Central Kitchen.
• Keying Orders – Receive our customer orders through email/whatsapp portals and entering them into our ERP system accurately.
• Invoicing – Issuing invoices to our regular customers.
• Purchase – Raising Purchase orders to local suppliers and communicating with them to ensure that deliveries are made
• Quality Assurance – To regularly evaluate and ensure that products are of the same quality as promised by suppliers.

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications – Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates proficiency in general IT related skills.
• Knowledge in ERP / WMS systems such as Odoo or SAP would be beneficial.
• Ability to perform intermediate level of quantitative and qualitative data modelling combining data from historical sources, existing conditions, and future projections using any software of your choice.
• Confidence in your own ability to independently make decisions in all operations and procurement-related matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Handles Accounts Receivable.

· Handles Accounts Payable.

· Handles General Ledger.

· Handles GST filling.

· Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting.

· Performs other Accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA with minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity/ facilities segment

· Full set of accounting preferred

· Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite Accounting System is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Possess initiative, willingness to learn.

· Independent and meticulous.

· Team player with good communication and supervisory skills.

• Responsible for processing customer confirmation order.
• Managing delivery coordination.

• At least 1 year of experience in doing order-processing.

Requirements
