Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel to keep updated inventory levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, testing, and quality control of outgoing and incoming goods.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, managing stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team in any and all aspects of daily operations.
• Liaise and arrange with catering team with the driver schedule, delivery schedule and outsource driver
• Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries
• Daily submission of e-invoice through Gebiz and other online payment platform
• Ensure all submissions adhere to specific client requirements for electronic invoicing.
