1. Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations such as Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc;

2. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;

3. Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training;

4. Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

5. Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management.

6. Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.

7. Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company.

8. Provide support as needed in various departments;

9. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

• If applicants with (any one of the following criteria education will be an added advantage ):

1.Graduated from a university ranked in the top 100 of QS/US News list
2.Undergraduate or higher education from a top 10 university in the location
3.Candidates who Achieve English IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100 and able to communicate in Chinese. As oversea assignment will be assigned; (in order to handle queries, concerns and feedback from other language speaking counterparts regarding the training and other restaurant operation-related matters.)

Customer Program Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of customer-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to optimize program effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze program performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on program effectiveness and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer programs and collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant advancements into program strategies.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to customer-facing teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Develop training materials and resources to enhance team knowledge and skills.
