• Salary: $2500-$3500

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable duties, including cash management and recording in the accounting system.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process payments for staff claims and record them in the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly reporting.
• Assist in preparing reports and audit schedules.
• Check and post sales invoices.
• Assist with month-end account closing and data uploads to the system.
• Support team in administrative duties.
• The Employee may be assigned other duties which are deemed necessary by Management from time to time.
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting projects or duties as assigned.

Job Specific
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, AR, Balance sheet, and P&L for monthly and yearly reporting in CHINESE
- Responsible for daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and all finance operation matters
- Handle receipts, payments, claims, and records into the accounting system on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management and audit
- Bank reconciliation reports and monthly reconciliation of company balances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the company
- Support on queries from external auditors and tax agents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience handling full set accounts
- FMCG experience will be preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge in Excel
- Possess initiative and ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Requires to communicate in Chinese with Chinese speaking co-workers and clients

- 5.5 days work week
