Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),and General Ledger (GL).

Payroll and Compensation:

Internal Controls and Process Improvement:Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent discrepancies.

Financial Analysis and Business Support:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support business strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement).

Your job scope surrounds but is not limited to:

• Assist in partial accounts
• Periodic reconciliation and updating of bank statements.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Handle petty cash and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Processing of export and import documentation and payment after validation of various requirements per the work process.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
