Job Responsibilities:
• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested
• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects
• Follow up on contacts enquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field
• With knowledge of the construction industry preferred

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with higher management to build strategic programs and exercise strategic influence to align projects with the aims of the business.
• Strategic plan to define project scope, objectives, project budget, timetable, and technical requirements.
• Liable for the smooth operation of projects by following progress and providing timely updates to management on status, budgets, anomalies, and risks.
• Customer attention in business partnerships, as well as the capacity to recognize unspoken assumptions, settle disagreements, and handle difficult management challenges.
• Recognize hazards to project success and track them throughout the project's life cycle.
• Monitor the internal and external service providers' program and project performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any related discipline with 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in managing projects.
• Able to control an organization's operating costs in relation to project budgets and expenses to achieve revenue realization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Managing escalations with vendors and clients.
