Job scope:

• Receiving visitors and render assistance to contractors/ vendors.

• Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
• Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.
• Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level certification;
• Must be proficient in spoken English;
• Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software, eg Microsoft Word and Excel;
• A team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task;

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and resolve expatriate issues.
