Job Description:

• Creation, maintenance and administering of the 3rd Party Distribution’s workflow, processes and records.
• Handle distributors’ enquiries relating to 3rd party NB submissions, Code Creation, 3rd party products or orphan policy matters. To manage agent inquiries, email general enquiry mailbox, operations shared mailboxes
• Support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing for 3rd Party business or other area. This will include determining scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans .
• Works closely with stakeholders on administering agency movement and adding activities.
• To assist and coordinate reporting data for management team
• To involve in continuous Improvement Projects on business transformation and manage operational risk and controls.
• To undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.
• Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.
• Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
• Work closely with DC to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.
• Provide timely and proper instruction to Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.

Client Management

• Base on business contract, identify key service areas and KPIs. Translate into monthly KPI report for Operation Meetings.
• Align the KPI definition and targets with cross-functional team, namely CCC, DC, SCM, and Finance.
• Responsible to consolidate and understand the KPI matrix, and reason for failure to meet the KPI, if any.
• Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
• Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.
• Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
• Work with other cross-functional departments like DC, CCC and finance to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.

· Generating Leads

Actively seek out potential clients and opportunities for cargo sales.

Requirements in Terms of Education / Professional Experience / Language Skills

· Education

Minimum Diploma.

Marketing/Sales education an advantage.

· Professional Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in field sales or very solid commercial air cargo knowledge.

Ideally experienced in air cargo logistics and / or forwarding industry.

· Languages

Good command of English language: fluent in speaking and writing.

Any other languages are of advantage.
