1.0 Technical and Support Duties

• Assists in the minor changes to business application forms and/or reports wherever possible and permissible in the systems.
• Notifies IS vendors of any malfunctioning of hardware or application under the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Reviews reported application or system problems and resolve them on the spot if possible.
• Liaises with IS Manager on any IT audit matters.

2.0 Routine Duties

• Reviews automated backup logs and perform remediation when backup fail.
• Reviews antivirus alert notification and performs quick inspection on the reported user’s computer when needed.

Job scope:

· Review and submit accurate and timely reports to principals and regulators in accordance with the KPIs in the service agreements.

· Troubleshoot any issues in reports & liaise with our IT officers on the resolution.

· Provide information requested by both internal and external auditors.

· Assist in answering of ad-hoc requests for data and queries by both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Undertake other ad-hoc tasks such as extracting statistics for analysis.

· Handling processing for bank transfers made by customers.

· Reconcile collections of incoming payments from customers through various payment modes such as cash, cheque, debit and credit cards, GIRO, mobile app, PayNow, etc, and follow up promptly on any exceptions.

· Reconcile outgoing refunds of security deposits to customers who have closed their utilities accounts and follow up promptly on any exceptions.

· Reconcile general ledger accounting codes and bank statements to ensure all collections and refunds are properly accounted for.

· Handle enquiries from customers pertaining to their payments and refunds.

THE ROLE: Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Events Management

Kaplan Singapore is seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Manager, Events Management, to lead the planning and execution of key institutional events such as Open Houses, Graduation Ceremonies, and Launch Events. In this role, you will ensure seamless event delivery through meticulous planning, effective multi-stakeholder coordination, and on-site leadership. You will also be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and upholding Kaplan's high standards to deliver exceptional event experiences. • Event Planning and Management
