1. Manage monthly/bi-monthly employee payrolls, employment quotas, employee trainings, work-passes
2. Implement and manage performance review procedures
3. Oversee daily operations
4. Provide administrative support to Accounting Department such as typing, filing and basic bookkeeping
5. Handling full set of account (Construction) for auditing at end of Financial year
6. Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
7. Preparing on monthly CPF, quarterly GST, IR21, IR8A and yearly tax submission
8. Liaise with auditor, tax agent and other government agencies.
9. Preparation of documents for audit purposes
10. Prepare adjusting journal entries
11. Ad-hoc duties assigned
1. Accounting knowledge.
2. Microsoft Office, Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Familiar in using
MYOB(ABSS) software will be an added advantage
