Accounts Executive (MNC Company)

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, online transfers, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records for all AP transactions.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage collections efforts.
• Reconcile AR transactions and customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate aging report for management review.

Others:

• Perform regular reconciliations of AP/AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts to manage cash flow, track incoming and outgoing payments, and forecast payment schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to AP/AR functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Job Scope

Retail Assistant (Showroom / FMCG food)
