We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for our Malaysia operations, ensuring that all financial activities are completed accurately and promptly. You will work closely with the accountant to manage regional financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set SME Accounting in Malaysia:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and file SST reports.

• Handle audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and secretarial agents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Manage bank-related matters by liaising with bankers to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements

• Support ad hoc and other finance-related tasks as required by the Accountant

Consolidation (Conso) Reporting:

• Consolidate regional monthly sales reports.

• Consolidate regional monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports.

• Consolidate regional monthly accounts payable (AP) reports.

• Consolidate monthly cash flow reports.

• Consolidate monthly capital expenditure (CAPEX) reports.

• Conduct intercompany reconciliations

• Any other consolidated reports assigned by the Accountant

• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of assigned tasks to Headquarters

• Support all Singapore and Hong Kong Admin / Accounts Team as required by the Accountant

Requirements:

• Education: A Diploma in Accounting and relevant in the accounting field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full set accounting experience
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and generate insights for decision-making.
• Detail-oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience: Working with regional finance teams in a multinational environment.

Food Hygiene Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that food products are safe for consumption and that the establishment operates within the required food safety framework.

About the Opportunity

Job Descriptions

1. As a F&B Executive, the incumbent will be assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day functions of the restaurant.
2. A F&B Executive should be proactive and methodical, dispensing their duties with a smile to ensure that they provide efficient and excellent service to the guests at all times.
3. The incumbent will take directions and guidance from the managers and operationalise all customer interactions, ensuring that all restaurant service standards and standard operating procedures are maintained.
4. The F&B Executive will manage all customer interactions, including seating, recommending/upselling menu items, taking orders, fulfilling orders and servicing their needs as guests of the restaurant.
5. The incumbent must assist in other operational functions including restaurant opening and closing duties, cleaning and clearing tables and other side duties, e.g. polishing glassware, filling condiments.
6. A F&B Executive is expected to be a team player, stepping up to assist, support and lead other members of their team when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or technical certificate in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management
• Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant/Japanese restaurant/Michelin-starred establishment will be added advantage
• Ability to speak Japanese is a MUST due to guests' profile and communicate with Japanese Chef
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Specifications

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

• Perform cash collection & cash count
• Update/offset receipts from customers
• Prepare bank deposits

Job Responsibilities

Supervision and Team Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to accounting staff.
• Leading and motivating the accounting team in order to achieve the set OKR and KPI
• Ensure that team members adhere to accounting principles and company policies.
• Prepare financial forecast for inter-companies billing.
• Work with department heads to align financial goals across the company

Financial Reporting:
