General Administration & Payroll Management

• Typing of Letter of Appointment and other personnel letters for assigned projects/divisions.

• Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.

• Ensure accuracy of HR data for monthly payroll processing.

• Perform bi-monthly payroll processing for assigned projects/divisions.

• Support a full spectrum of payroll function including bonus, ad-hoc pay and other allowances on a monthly basis.

• Process staff claims, IR8A and other tax related filings.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences) pertaining to payroll.

• Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and achieving company sales targets through conducting consultations, interview sessions.

The Executive, Student Enrolment will manage Events, CRM, Email, Incoming call, walking, local/overseas leads, agents and update following department SOP, and uphold the highest level of customer service.

The Executive, Student Enrolment will work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters and collaborate with the Marketing Department on marketing strategies and initiatives.

The role reports to the Assistant Director for all SHATEC Student Recruitment & Enrolment matters.

Key Responsibilities:
