• Monitor frequently the production activity and seek approval to adjust priorities or make any changes.
• Enforce food safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Manage manpower planning and handle staff discipline.
• Execute 5s housekeeping and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to Production Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant studies
• IT savvy
• Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to perform data analytics.
• Preferably with a Food Manufacturing experience.
• Working hour: 8am to 6pm
• Able to choose 5 days work week or 6 days work week
