Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person.
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor.
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement.
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration.
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos.
• Prepare and update price list.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in leave and roster planning and manages roster of staff for daily operations.
• Preparing documents for annual budgeting cycle and monitor budget utilization.
• Sharing and broadcasting updates to the team.
• Ensures that call / email audits are completed.
• Conducts performance appraisal of staff regularly by developing and reviewing staffs’ actions plans.
• Manage and resolve complex feedbacks which are escalated by Service Team Leaders and handles staff’s disciplinary issues.
• Implement quality improvement projects to promote service standard and quality improvement of the contact Centre with Institution Lead.
• Prepare monthly performance report for updates to management with Institution Lead.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Relevant experience in Healthcare or/and Contact Centre, and knowledge of contact Centre processes and systems will be an added advantage.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationship at various levels.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and nurture the team to meet operational goals.
• Self-directed, resourceful and self-motivated with an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under a stressful environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
