The Job

Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. The Programme Executive (CREST) is a support role who provides the daily administrative and operational support to the team, for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation.
