Job description
1) Drive company IT matters and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
2) Maintenance of IT infrastructure, kiosk and provide server administration and support (AD, ESXI and Hyper-V)
3) Provide technical support to users on hardware and various applications
4) Communicate effectively with users to identify and resolve issues timely
5) Provide technical support, monitor system, security and EDR updates
6) Conduct periodic system preventive maintenance checks, patches updates and review log report
7) Perform server and network management
8) Maintain proper IT documentation, contracts, SOPs
9) Provide regular progress and status update, and follow through on IT projects
10) Adhoc duties assigned by Manager
Job requirements
ā¢ Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
ā¢ CCNA, Microsoft Windows Certified, Cyber Security and etc.
ā¢ Preferably with a minimum 2-3 years' experience in Deployment/Maintenance Server & Network
ā¢ Knowledge of cyber security is an added advantage.
ā¢ Strong in problem solving multi-tasking, systematic and organised
ā¢ Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
