You will be a part of our Singapore Finance’s Team to support the Group.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Handle full set Accounts including AP/AR/GL/IC (inclusive of receipts/payment/reconciliations)
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate monthly and yearly report/schedules for management, auditor, and tax agent
• Responsible for inventory control, job costing, stock reconciliation and stock taking
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting
• Compliance with company policy and all statutory filing/standard e.g. IRAS/ACRA/MAS
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government agency (if required)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and related information for management
• Safeguard of company/group’s assets
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Our ideal candidate requires:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with 3-4 years of full sets work experience
• Knowledge of ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
• Mature, meticulous, confident, organised and willingness to learn

Candidates with advantage:

• At least with 3-4 years of full sets work experience
• Prior experience in audit or retail industries is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Prepare monthly closing, audit schedule and aging reports
• Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payments
• Update bank balances and cash flow records

Requirements:

• ACCPAC Window knowledge will be an advantage

Scope of work:

In charge fully of Accounts Payable:

• Process Staff Claims and reimbursement.
• Process Subcon timecards.
• Process office expenses invoice.
• Perform month end Vendor SOA reconcilation.
• Assisting in audits requires relates to AP funchtion.
• Assist Senior Accounts Executive as required.
• Uphold the accounting standards of the company.
• Participte in the drafting, review and execution of SOP's.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete financial records of Account Payables functions:

• Accurately process invoices and match them to the appropriate general ledger account.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately along with the necessary supporting documentation.
• Check that the invoice is approved before it's processed for payment.
• Reconciliation invidual vendor monthly SOA and follows up with discrepancies or errors.
• Reviews the Accounts Payable Agings Reports and verify the aged items.
• Assist for providing detailed documentation of AP transactions to auditors.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
• Able to get along with others and display good team spirit.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

Basic Function

Maintain accounts receivable ledger, follow up on credit card collections and process commissions. Issue invoices and credit notes to customers. Perform general cashier function and record keeping activities.

Job Descriptions

· Prepare credit card report summary and reconcile to collection.

· Monitor rooms commission and submit monthly report for Credit Manager's review and approval before submission to AP for payment processing.

· Issue invoices and credit to customers and follow up on billing enquiries.

· Prepare invoices for all rental and other disbursement for Credit Manager's review.

· Ensure compliance with hotel guest and city ledger accounts receivable procedures.

· Familiar with the hotel front desk cashiering and night audit procedures.

· Check each batch of accounting posting against the city ledger credit card and the batch control sheet.

· Prepare trade accounts receivable aged analysis.

· Assist in the preparation of correspondence in relation to disputed and questionable accounts, including any request for information.

· Compute and prepare travel agents and shipping commissions in accordance with the hotel procedures.

· Responsible for proper handling of daily cash and other receipts in different curries submitted by all cashiers and make regular bank deposits.

· Arrange for the buying and selling of foreign currencies and maintain foreign currency records as required under the Money Changer license.

· Prepare and submit various reports such as daily currency exchange report, daily general cashier’s report and banking summaries as well as posting to general ledger.

Job Requirement

· At least ACCA Level 2 or LCC Higher Diploma in Accounting graduate.

· Good knowledge in accounting is necessary.

· Able to work under pressure.

· Minimum 3 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for credit control and collections duties, including follow up and respond to client’s enquires.
• Post journal entries and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Verify and reconcile statement of accounts and commission from insurers.
• Prepare monthly statement of accounts for dissemination to clients
• Performing account reconciliations
• Prepare outstanding debts reports for Managers.
• Verify monthly Agents’ commission.
• Perform daily issue & checking of invoices
• Process supplier’s payment.
• To assist the Manager in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects.
• To undertake any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Knowledge & Qualification:

• Candidate must possess Certification in Accountancy.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of credit control experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Well organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
