GENERAL OVERVIEW:

• This position is part of the Supply Chain Group providing procurement and warehouse services to relevant domains. The candidate shall support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring that warehouse operations and activities are performed in adherence to Meranti Power policies, industry standards and compliant with international, national and local workplace legislation.
• The candidate performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and secure handling of goods. He / She shall also support the implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

The incumbent shall undertake the following activities:

• Transform our warehouse operations across our site in Singapore Jurong Island.
• Responsible for store operations, e.g. picking, packing, goods receiving, issuing etc.
• Perform loading/ unloading/ arranging of warehouse cargo and stock items.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum diploma and certification in warehousing & logistics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, preferably power related infrastructure such as power plants.

Working Conditions

5.25 Working days per week

1. To organise and monitor the daily smooth operation of supply chain activities including shipping, transport, warehousing, distribution and inventory control.
2. To ensure freezer rooms are well organised.
3. To organise, order pick and pack goods for outgoing orders.
4. To monitor store and vehicles maintenance to achieve high quality food standard.
5. To ensure accurate and timely update of data in the computer system.
6. To enforce OJT training of new hire.
7. To perform ad hoc delivery of food products.
8. Able to drive freezer trucks.
9. To handle other ad hoc assignments.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Organise board meetings and ensure relevant documents are distributed to the Directors and Stakeholders.
• Liaising with the Board of Directors & Stakeholders on meetings and announcements.
• Managing and drafting of all corporate confidential documents, inclusive legal agreements, engagement contracts, ACRA filing, meeting minutes, board resolutions, annual report. Meeting presentation deck.
• Compile and close monitoring of all statutory licences for the company.
• Support both the CEO & President on all administrative task and to follow thru with the relevant stakeholders timely.
• Managing the CEO & President’s calendar and to make travel plan, booking and meeting event appointment appropriately.
• Organized and co-ordinate on any company events when required.
• Arrange, co-ordinate and as the point of contact for visitors and statutory agencies visiting to site, inclusive receiving and networking with them.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial / Business Studies or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with at least 2 years of legal corporate secretary working exposure.

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

Job Description & Requirements

The Customer Service is responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics operators, and customs officials to plan and track the movement of goods to ensure that they are cleared through customs or quarantine, as well as developing relationships with potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system data entries and related functions for customers and ”Internal Warehouse Management System” (iWMS)
• Coordinate with customers and internally for Operation and inventory-related matters
• Ensure all paperwork, system, and filing is completed on time and accurately
• Plan and follow up on Orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports, and related reports as per the required deadline
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved
• Any other duties assigned
