ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
• Effectively schedule and follow up on customer work orders for automatic doors breakdown, installation, and/or preventive maintenance until closure for Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse to facilitate materials and equipment to meet delivery KPI (Key performance indicators).
• Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.
• Assist in back up of tasks when respective team member is out of office
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor or head of department from time to time.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION

• Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel (e.g VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
• Strong coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business adminstration/engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate without prior relevant working experience is welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive at Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Content Strategy & Creation:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity across the organization.

· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, events, and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to effectively promote the company's brand and services

· Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Use of Adobe illustrator, Canva, and other applications.

· To enhance brand awareness, positioning, and perception.

· Stay current on digital marketing trends and tools to optimize online performance, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media engagement.

· Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets, agencies, and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign/event deliverables.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing).
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
