We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. 2. Perform job creation for trucking activities. Monitor progress of job order and shipments adhering to deadlines or specified dates
3. Communicate customers’ trucking requirements to staff in Operations department for them to perform the trucking activities

6. Maintain inventory report and undertake monthly closing of trucking jobs

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 - 3 year of experience in customer service/ shipping documentation role in a 3PL company.
3. Strong knowledge of Hauler operations, transportation logistics, and customs clearance procedures in Singapore.
4. Experience with TradeNet is a plus.
5. Able to perform overtime when necessary

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;
