We are currently seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Secretary to assist with daily operations and support our management team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager with day-to-day tasks, including document filing and organizing
• Prepare meeting documents and take minutes during meetings
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other necessary documents
• Conduct research and assist in report writing
• Handle internal and external communications, including correspondence with clients and suppliers
• Support office operations and provide general administrative support
• Manage various other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong time management and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
• Prior experience as an administrative professional preferred; experience in the furniture industry is a plus

5. Work with the waiter/waitress to guide the customers to open tables, informing them of the day’s food and drink special.

6. Ensure to maintain an optimal level of customer satisfaction and analyze all customer requirements and provide efficient response.

7. Resolves customer problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

8. Take the orders from their tables, communicating with the kitchen to place food and drink orders and deliver them to the correct tables.

9. Achieving established business Sales Target.

10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain full set accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial cash flow and management reports.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on yearly audit schedule.
• Prepare GST reporting and submission as well GST filling.
• Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer, and GIRO on a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With full set accounting experience needed
• Experience in property development or Construction Industry is a definite advantage
• Familiar with MYOB accounting software
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
