Accounts Officer, 1 year contract for a MNC, base in the west area of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables
• Posting journals
• Perform and finalise balance Sheet reconciliation
• Manage daily costing- approve new material costing or re-costing & calculate landed cost & do some comparison
• Perform yearly costing exercise as cost change each year
• Manage customer daily pricing
• Manage inventory write off & stock adjustment
• Perform quarter parts cycle count
• Perform yearly stock take exercise
• Analyze quarterly inventory provision
• Support Finance month end closing
• Involved in external & internal audit exercise
• Account Receivables-Post customer payments
• Account Receivable- Release credit limit for Customer Order and sending statement of account by month end and follow up on outstanding & payment invoices status

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Accounts and Finance
• AP or AR expereince, training provided
• Detailed worker
