• Handle full set account include (GL/AP/AR)
• Handle daily AP & AR transaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 3 years related working experiences in construction industry
• Proficiency within the MS Office suite.

• Provide financial counselling to patients and third parties.

• Administer admission and discharge of patients.

• Bill handling including Mediclaim and deposits collection.

• Handle customers’ enquiries regarding bills.

• Coordinate admin duties as assigned with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

Job requirements

• minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare setting
• diploma or degree in hospitality / Business Administration / Accounting

Job Responsibilities

Operation Admin:

• Posting of hardcopy test reports to clients
• Planning and purchasing of resources and consumables for the operations teams.

• Data entry of vendor invoices
• Preparation of invoice using Xero accounting system.

General Admin:

• Attend to walk-in and phone calls enquiries.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline
• Possesses 2 to 3 years of working experience in insurance and/or reinsurance claims
• Quick study who is self-motivated and has good organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other computer literacy skills, review and analysis of data
