Job Description

Routine and non-routine works / Full Set accounts.

1. Daily data entries into accounting system (Accounting software).
2. Monthly payment cycle and ad-hoc payment.
3. Monthly bank reconciliation.
4. Monthly account closing and schedule update.
5. Monthly variance analysis on profit and loss account.
6. Monthly GST input tax and output tax schedule for GST reporting purpose.
7. Monthly agent commission and incentive payment report.
8. Donation collection.
9. Petty cash control and custody.
10. Assist in annual audit.

Periodic reporting and statutory reporting / filing.

1. Quarterly GST reporting and filling ( statutory filing).
2. Monthly/ half yearly with-holding tax filling (statutory filling)

Any other jobs assigned by HOD / Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Positive, motivated and confident personality.
• Team player with position mindset.

THE JOB:

• Conduct consumer and product research both qualitative and quantitative including developing protocols, monitoring field work, data analysis and interpretation of results
• Prepare reporting/presenting research findings, contributing to the decision-making process.
• Contribute to CS team goals by participating on teams where new methodologies and capability are evaluated, proposed, and implemented.
• Ensure two-way communication between yourself and other team members

The Requirements:

• Min Degree in food science /market or product research or related area with 5+ work experience in consumer and sensory research
• Knowledge of Discrimination, Descriptive Analysis & Digital tools and techniques
• Interest in food
• Data analysis
• Project management experience
