RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programme administration and management
• Enter and handle records in ISIS (Student Information System), eLearn (Learning Management System) and ICMS (Co-Curricular Management System).
• Facilitate the mapping of exchange and transfer credits to the Core Curriculum.
• Manage planning of mid-term and final exam support, if required, for CIS-offered courses.
• Execute the Teaching Assistant engagement process for CIS-offered courses.
• Tabulate course offerings for SMU website and faculty timetable.
• Maintain Core Curriculum mailbox and address student queries.
• General support of school activities
• Facilitate the Colleges admissions activities such as interviews, engagement sessions, etc.
• Participate in university- and college-level outreach activities such as Open House, school talks, roadshows, etc.
• Assist in logistical matters ranging from room bookings to facility set-up and security coordination.
• Assist in various aspects of office administrative duties and operations, including support in short-term projects as assigned.

• A university degree or equivalent but in the absence of a degree, a diploma coupled with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in administrative work would be required, and/or a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated performance in a higher education administrative role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a meticulous nature and keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) .
