DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Prepare correspondence emails, letters, statements, documents, and reports

Accounting Duties

Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in an Accounts/Admin role or similar position.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting software (Xero).

•⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., financial formulas, creating spreadsheets).

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to identify numerical errors and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.

This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in ALPS Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation.
