Job Description

Accounting & Finance:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and filing.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare payment vouchers.
• Handle bank reconciliations, expense reports.
• Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare documents for annual audits.

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers on day-to-day administrative matters.
• Support HR tasks, such as processing payroll and maintaining leave records.
• Help in organizing firm meetings.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
• Characteristics: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job summary:
