Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services.
• Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers.
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement.
• Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement.
• Handle customers complaint and to resolve the issue.
• Coordinate with operations team in relations to the implementation of RFQ.
• Contributes to client acquisition and retention, by analysing customer behaviour from enquiries and feedback.
• ⁠Travel out of the office to network with potential and existing clients, and to close sales leads.
• Innovative and resourceful, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet clients' needs.
• ⁠Supports the development of sales strategies, by monitoring the competitor, generating and following up on business leads locally and regionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Hunting Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air or Ocean) / Shipping/Logistics Industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Main Responsibilities:

• Hunt and secure fresh business and customers
• Meet targets and/or increase the organization's revenue, volumes, and gross profit

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

• Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.

• Prepare monthly reporting package for group consolidation purpose.
