• Billing & Payments: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records. Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management.
• Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, guest profiles, and other relevant data.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Team Support: Assist colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Min O level.
• Experience: Previous experience in a front office or customer service role in the hospitality industry is an advantage. Candidates with no related experience will also be considered as on- the-job training will be provided
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in hotel management software, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trust and Estate Administration: Managing the day-to-day administration of trust portfolios, including but not limited to opening new bank or brokerage accounts, distribution to beneficiaries, fund transfer, and investment management.
• Carry out periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure they are being administered in accordance with the trust deeds, the company’s policies, and legal and tax requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and updated trust records. Create Viewpoint Master files, set up and uploaded all trust documents into ViewPoint and maintenance of all necessary principal records and trust files.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for trust clients and ensures transparency in trust administration by providing high-quality customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Ability to draft trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents.
• Administration of trusts and foundations, including its underlying structure and portfolios.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate services for clients.
• Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks in the management of the assets of the trusts and foundations.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trust Administration or relevant. 1 year+ of experience in solid Trust Administration will be considered and are strongly encouraged to apply (remuneration will commensurate with experience)
• Solid understanding of relevant trust laws and regulations related to trusts, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a discreet and utmost confidentiality with high ethical standards to protect clients' data.
• STEP qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process (Progress Billing preferred).
• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely and complete payment.
• Update monthly forecast of Cash inflow and outflow.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and collections status.
• Collaborate with Project Team and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Prepare Accounts receivables ageing report, audit schedules related to Accounts receivables.
• Ensure the maintenance of documents and proper filing procedures.
• Monthly closing and year end audit (furnish auditors request query & documents).
• Offer mentorship and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate articulately and work efficiently with all levels internally and externally.
• Receptive and highly adaptable to process changes.
• Keen eye for details and ability to manage expectations and prioritise work independently.
