• Check and arrange product display on shelves.
• Ensure all product shelving is clean and free of dust.
• Regularly check products for expiration dates and remove any expired items.
• Arrange products according to seasonal or festive themes.
• Set up displays for new product launches or special promotions.
• Verify that all products have correct price tags.
• Adjust price tags promptly when changes are made.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves.
• Inform relevant team members when stock replenishment is needed.
• Report any damaged or defective products.
• Communicate any issues or display changes to store management.
• Work according to management needs and any ad-hoc task is given from the superior or management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide primarily support at sales department
• Attends customers phones enquiries
• Work closely among inter-departments
• Follow up the documents update such as Invoices and Credit note, E-Invoices to customer
• E-filing, Transmission in Customer's Portal within the timeline
• Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
• Ensure adherence to company policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 'O' levels
• Comfortable working with people from all levels
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay in order to communicate with multilingual speaking customers.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Attentive to details and fast learner
• Able to work in a team
• Meticulous and independent
• Able to start work immediately or within short term notice.
• Willing to work on Saturday when required, allowance will be provided
