About the role

We are looking for someone to join our Accounts and Admin team to facilitate smooth flow of payments and coordination. We want someone who loves talking to people, and able to gel with the team well.

Responsibilities (Admin)

1. Monthly vendor listings submission
2. Weekly submission of access lists. (VMS will be included upon confirmation)
3. Daily update of overall Sales’ charts.
4. Daily monitoring of Booking Systems on booked and cancellation roadshow and to update the team on any changes, to ensure organic spaces are booked.
5. Keying of Monthly Sales into Booking System.
6. Ad-hoc monthly meter readings when needed.
7. Any other ad-hoc admin tasks upon assigning.

Responsibilities (Accounts)

1. Setting up of quotations
2. Generation of Invoices on Xero and Booking System; ensure all information are accurate.
3. Ensure documents are properly filed.
4. Counter-checking invoice numbering in Booking system to tally with Xero’s invoice number.

Requirements

1. No specific education requirements.
2. Computer literate.
3. Team player and customer oriented
4. Passionate about event space leasing
5. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
6. Bilingual/multi-lingual would be advantageous.
7. 5 days work week. Meter readings may be required during weekend (if it falls on a weekend/PH).

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying the SEO and digital marketing needs of potential clients, securing meetings with key decision-makers, and presenting our products and services in a clear and coherent manner. You will be expected to:

• Prospect and cold-call potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to set up meetings with key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a target list of prospects.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of our SEO and digital marketing solutions.
• Ensure that individual sales targets are achieved monthly.
• Attend to new customers' inquiries and provide them with detailed information about our products and services.

• To resolve outstanding payment issues promptly and maintain efficient records of all collection activities.
• Respond promptly to all payment recovery matters and ensuring actions are within corporate guidelines and collection policies.
• Work closely with sales and service personnel to maintain good customer credit control.
• To identify and analyse potential bad debts and prepare justification for write-offs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly credit control reports for reporting and credit control meetings.
• Investigate and resolve queries and disputes relating to billing and outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with solicitors on legal matters pertaining to recovery of delinquent accounts.
• Contribute to the team effort by performing other job-related duties as required
