E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
• Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
• Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
• Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
• Provide timely support in budget and forecast
• Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
• Inter Company reconciliation
• In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls

About The Role

The Corporate Services Team is an important pillar that provides the necessary HR, finance and administrative support for the organization as a whole. This team works closely with the Management to ensure staff and volunteers are well-supported. The incumbent is expected to plan, coordinate and manage a mix of portfolios under the umbrella of corporate services. We are looking for individuals who are good team players and passionate about supporting social workers and counsellors working in the frontline.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Business Adminstration

At least 2 years of relevant working experience

Strong command of the English language

IT Knowledge
