The successful Business Operations Manager is seasoned and hands-on with a solid background in managing the operations of multiple bakery outlets. The incumbent will play a key role to ensure that bakeries are providing the quality of service that the brand expects. The role will include all day-to-day operating activities including staffing, revenue growth, expense, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
