Job Description

• Identify, engage, and connect with key decision-makers (General Managers or higher) within Singapore’s hotel industry.
• Organise and facilitate meetings or presentations between our company and hotel management.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven network of connections within the Singapore hotel industry, specifically with General Managers, Operations Directors, or higher.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or consultancy within the hospitality industry.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and challenges, with the ability to present tech solutions that address those challenges.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with hotel technology systems or operational tools is a plus.

Job Summary:

• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible in implementing product and marketing campaigns to boost the sales at the country level and within budget allocated
• Develop and analyse product testing, competitor’s check, sales pipelines as well as executing trade marketing activities
• Work closely with other cross-functional teams and vendors during implementation and monitor sales performance
• Identify and plan the marketing events especially seasonal, new launching, opening and other special arrangement
• Discuss and facilitate the marketing campaigns, promotions that align with the country trends and consumer behaviours

Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. This role requires knowledge of any Payroll software, strong technical expertise in payroll processes and accounting principles.

What you will do:

• Accurately input and process payroll data for the preparation of cheques.
• Review employee status changes and ensure correct data entry into the payroll system.
• Reconcile discrepancies in pay cheques with Department Heads or individual employees.
• Assist with the reconciliation of Banquet and F&B outlet tips and service charges.
• Conduct annual payroll audits for each department and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and file all bi-weekly payroll documentation.
• Support month-end processes, including payroll journals and accruals.

What you bring:
