Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in budget planning and management control procedures.
• Handle high volume of transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely.
• Manage all aspects of statutory audit and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including suppliers, clients and auditors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• At least 2 years of related working experience in the F&B industry.

• Proven experience in full sets of accounts management, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to deal with client queries on City Ledger account and handle all credit card inquires.
• Check all invoices collected are reflected correctly in the Daily City Ledger Report & in the Opera system.
• Ensure proper and correct balances of the City Ledger accounts are maintained.
• Assist to maintain proper credit procedures throughout the hotel in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Assist the Credit Manager in the month end closing of account includes printing reports, applying month end adjustments.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
