For the post of Senior Facilities / Operations Manager, to provide leadership, management and foresight required to ensure productivity at its optimal level, through implementation & maintenance of the most efficient and effective operational controls, administration, and reporting procedures. Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Engineering / Building / Facilities / Estate Management or any relevant disciplines. Candidate with good relevant experience with diploma education can apply too.
• Candidate with Diploma qualification is welcome to apply too, with 4- 5 years of facilities managerial experience.
• Minimum 6 years in similar position with relevant working experience in handling Government properties or statutory Board, preferred.
• Proven track records of IFM contracts management experience .
• Fire Safety Manager, Project Manager Certification of Greenmark Manager will be an added advantage.

Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Facilities Manager who will manage all high performing operational aspects of the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local requirements. The Senior FM will oversee the teams in APAC supporting all on account. This role is client facing and candidate must be able to exhibit exceptional customer and stakeholder service and communication.

The key focus for this role will be to support the team in APAC to ensure clear management and ownership in driving the internal operations of stakeholders and its clients. • Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision, reviewing of H&S documentation and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager
  
• Monitors and ensures office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to highest standards and that soft services functions are delivered in a timely efficient and customer orientated fashion
• Proactively manages spend and budget locally in line with JLL policies and procedures including the processing of PO’s, invoices, budgets, service charges, rates, rent, insurance and local taxes etc. as applicable
