Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual tax compliance and advisory services. The role also includes assisting clients in addressing and managing the specific challenges of a global workforce. This may involve providing assistance to co-ordinate the tax services or attending to tax issues across the Asia Pacific region ensuring that the clients are compliant with the local regulations and managing the risks related to employee's assignments.

Qualifications

• You should have at least 6 years of personal income tax experience, preferably with an international accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA.

Job Summary-

The role of the Bar/Restuarant Floor Manager is to drive sales, ensure seamless daily operations of the outlet, staff efficiency and customer care.

Job Description-

• Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
• Manage all operational related tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer service standard.
• Maintenance of the outlet.
• Ensure POS System is always operational and accurate.
• Commnunicate daily with FOH and BOH staff.
• Provide coordination and services for kitchen and service and door.
• Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

2- Administrative:

• Assist the reservations department.
• Ensure that all supplies and stocks in the outlet are enough for daily operations.
• Submit outlet nightly Log
• Ensure proper ordering, receiving and storage procedures are being followed.
• Menu formatting and printing.
• Updating of menu and POS system.
• Maintaining transport log.
• Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Food & Service Operations.
• Min. Diploma/Degree in F&B management/Tourism/ Hospitality and related fields or extensive relevant Food & Service Operations of more than 6 years.
• Possess effective management skills.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• PC literate with knowledge of Excel and Word.

Your Role

• Lead the implementation and regular review of the Fund’s environmental and social management system (ESMS) across portfolio investments.
• Provide guidance and support to the investment team in the conduct of both internal and external E&S due diligence for prospective investments, including inputs to transaction documentation (e.g. ESAP and CP/CS drafting).
• Review and monitor ongoing E&S and H&S performance of development partners and portfolio companies. Identify and implement progressive value creating/enhancing programmes for portfolio companies or specific projects.
• Build internal capacity within the investment team and portfolio companies through internal/external training on relevant E&S/H&S topics.
• Chair the periodic E&S Sub-Committee meetings with the Fund’s limited partners, including maintaining records of these meetings.
• Provide E&S inputs to Fund-specific disclosures and impact reporting for investors and the regulators on a periodic basis.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and programmes led by the SUSI ESG and Sustainability Team in Zurich.
• Support in corporate branding and fundraising activities of the firm and the fund.

Your Profile:

• University degree in the fields of science or engineering.
• Applicants must have relevant experience in Asia particularly Southeast Asia.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience either in E&S risk management or corporate sustainability roles.
• Knowledge and practical experience in applying international reference framework such as the IFC Performance Standards to corporate/project investments is a must.
• Willing to undertake periodic travel across Southeast Asian countries for due diligence and portfolio monitoring visits.

Job Requirements

• At least 3~5 years public cloud business development or technical sales experience in developing ICT technologies, cloud native solution.
• Great communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale IT and public cloud technology deals.
• Knowledge of positioning and selling cloud and big data technology in new customers and new market segments.
• 2 years contracts with benefit.

3 Relationship Manager (Business Development)

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new SME customers and pro-actively market our financial solutions in Commercial Sales to meet their needs in commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
• Manage and service your portfolio of accounts
• Prepare credit proposals including financial analysis
• Generate and achieve revenue target assigned
• Report writing and responsible for preparing credit proposals and financial analysis.

Requirements

• A self-starter and a team player with Degree holder preferably from the business / finance / accounts discipline and able to value add having good network with SME or Commercial Sales
• Brings along relevant experience in Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
• Proven stability in a company, preferably two years or more
• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Proficient in report writing, as he/she will be responsible for preparing credit proposals, which will include financial analysis.
• A hunter’s sense, a desire for sales, a proactive and aggressive demeanour. Highly self-motivated, confident, tenacious and results driven.
• Hardworking, good working attitude, perseverance and resilience
• The successful candidates will be placed in different position level based on their working experiences/education level.

• Working Days/ Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm
• Basic Salary: Up to S$6,500 (exclude commission
• Monthly Commission payout upon hitting KPI
• $100 Mobile reimbursement + Annual Variable Bonus up to 2-4 Months
• Company vehicle provided for those with driving license.
