JOB SCOPE

• The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure the Restaurant operations run efficiently and effectively and that customer service standards are maintained at all times. Service Asset and Configuration Manager – Job Description

The Service Asset and Configuration Manager will support the identification, control, recording, reporting, verification, and auditing of configuration items (CIs) in a centralised Configuration Management Database (CMDB) while ensuring that processes, tools, and governance are in place and being used in accordance with the ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.
