• Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library, including management of resources and collection development within the approved budget.
• Plan, develop and implement library policies and Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") for library operation and management, upon obtaining the Authority’s approval.

Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company’s needs
• Lead and guide Accounts Team on daily operations (GL, AR, AP, intercompany balances, transactions and cash-flow, staff’s claims reimbursements etc.)
• Provide business analysis, consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and support production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accounts Associate / Accounts Associate will be covering the full accounting spectrum for selected entities and business operations.

You will manage the full set of accounts, including billing, receipt updates, vendor invoices, payments, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules etc.. Work closely with the Sales and Ops teams to ensure accurate financial data.
