Position Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records in XERO, including processing bills and managing petty cash.

• Organize and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and submissions to ACRA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minmum Diploma in civil/structural discipline or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant exprience in projects similar in nature to the works
• Candidate with experience in medical and/or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in large scale addition and alteration work at live building.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practice.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
• Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
