Job Description:

(A) Accounting Functions

· Manage monthly management account reports

· Process payment and issue cheques

· Prepare invoice and statement of accounts at month end

(B) HR Functions

· Perform HR duties, updating record of staff leave, expense claim and related matters.

· Carry out all general HR functions such as recruitment, orientation, payroll, off-boarding , work pass applications, renewals & cancellation, care of foreign staff and workers, updating the employee records and company handbook, performance evaluation etc.

(C) Other admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least O/A Level, Diploma or Degree.
• Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a MUST.
• Proficient in MS Office, WPOL, EPOL, Payroll
• Prefer to have working experience as HR (Construction/ Manufacturing Sector)
• Preferably Executives specializing in Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to liaise with associates

Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of HR functions.

Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences

Provide input and develop in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.

Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system

Manage leave administration

Manage employee’s all Medical /WICA insurance claims & Factory Insurance

Full knowledge in handling MOM work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc)

Submission of IR21, IR8A, Yearly Income Tax Assessment

HR knowledge specific to construction industry

Process Government-paid leave application/claims, NS Claim, Levy Claim, etc.

Submission of all government grants

Recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs

Planning and coordination of company events (Annual Dinner, teambuilding, overseas trip)

Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health programme, sports activity)

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Any other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in Construction.

Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations

Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels

Healthcare Project

Job Description:

• Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in July 2024

Job Requirements:

• ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
