2. Coordinate with auditors to conduct audits and ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws.

3. Liaising with Company's secretary for all secretarial works & Statutory boards.

4. Prepare Minutes of board meeting on quarterly basis for all these entities.

5. Process Payroll and comply with PF requirement on monthly basis.

6. Coordinate with the finance team of GSCS to ensure that all the necessary accounting entries are recorded in the books of GSCS for every transaction with adequate documentation.

7. Coordinate with banks & Authorized Signatory for any banking work.

8. To get involved in the finalization of accounts of GSCS / RS / Scoot holdings.

9. To manage administrative matters of GSCS /RS / Scoot holdings.

10. To become the custodian of all important Statutory documents for all these entities.

11. To assist in any other matter.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant equivalent

• Good knowledge of accounting systems, have worked extensively in an ERP environment (added advantage)

• With Knowledge in Singapore corporate laws, Tax Acts, and Financial Reporting Standards

• Strong interest in digitalization to improve work processes, with ability to identify, initiate and support

Responsibilities:

- In charge of preparation of full set of accounts and accounting schedules;

- Handle audit and tax (including GST) filings and ensure deadlines are met;

- Assist in treasury management (credit, treasury, foreign currency, interest rate);

- Credit control and monitoring, improve debtor turnover days, minimize delinquent receivables and ECL;
