Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Summary

Guest Services Officer focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. He/She is responsive to activities that take place at the Front Office area and is a point of contact for guest upon their arrival until their departure from the hotel.

Job Responsibilities

· Be part of Front Office areas such as Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge

· Assist guests with check-in and check-out, and other cashiering duties

· Register guests and assigns rooms according to their reservation confirmation

· Work towards maximising room revenue by upselling higher room categories to guests whenever possible

· Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring their details are kept strictly confidential

· Understand all room types and work with Housekeeping to manage room status effectively

· Adhere to proper credit matters and cash handling policies and procedures

· Understand the usage of internal communication logs to communicate effectively with other colleagues

· Assist to perform Executive Lounge and Concierge duties whenever required

· Provide warm welcome and fond farewell in accordance to hotel standards and SOPs

· Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay, handle guest feedback, and take ownership in providing reasonable solutions

· Be familiar with hotel products and services and recommend to guests accordingly

· Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles in the lobby

· Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services

· Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Office areas

· Be fully familiar of the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel

· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications / Experience

· Secondary / High school education

· Good reading and oral proficiency in English language

· Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

· No experience is required, training will be provided

· Good communication and customer contact skills

· Service oriented with an eye for details

· Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

· Self-motivated and energetic

· Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors

2. Evaluating supplier bids and proposals and negotiating contracts and prices

3. Maintaining and updating procurement records and documentation

4. Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

5. Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues or concerns

6. Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures

7. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

8. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify and meet procurement needs

9. Providing guidance and support to other team members involved in procurement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

2. 2 years of experience in procurement

3. Experience with procurement software and tools including GeBIZ

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and meticulous

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.

7. Experience with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out site surveys and liaise with premise owners and contractors to set up charging stations island-wide
• Plan and implement projects in accordance to guidelines and schedules
• Perform supervisory work at worksites to ascertain safe work conditions and work progression
• Assist engineers to commission electric vehicle charging stations
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Perform occasional works after office hours for shutdown activities
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirement:
· Relevant Diploma in an Engineering field
· Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
· Possess a valid driving licence

· To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site

· To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship

· To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract

· To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

· To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with contract specifications and drawings, complying with quality and standards

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution

· Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience

· Past working experiences in healthcare/residential/institutional building projects is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for project update and reports

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision of works
