Cover all aspects of office administrative and account work. Prepare and issues of daily operation invoices and delivery orders to respective customer through ERP system. Take in all documents from supplier and vendors and sub-cons and do proper datas into the account system. You will require to answer incoming phone call and transfer to respective receiver. There will be some light quotation and shipping arrangement per job requirement. Routinely calculate the staff time sheet for salary purposes.

Job Scope:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounts for the Salon/Clinic, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Oversee daily cash operations and petty cash management, contributing to ongoing enhancements in cash management processes
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments, and claims efficiently
• Generate timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain comprehensive stock records to ensure inventory completeness
• Reconcile Inter-Company Accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Prepare schedules, post journals, and assist in the creation of financial reports
• Ensure compliance and timely submission of corporate and income tax filings
• Provide assistance and advice on financial management matters
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, government associations, and other relevant entities concerning reporting issues
• Undertake any additional tasks or ad hoc duties as delegated by management

Job Scope

• Responsible for month end closing, assist with budgeting and forecast activities.
• Manage and coordinate with tax agents and external accountant engaged to handle any part of the accounting work
• Prepare GST report and filing
• Monitor cash flow file and maintain cash controls
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as required.
• Review AR Aging report and monitor collections
• Ensure payments to vendors or any other external parties are properly authorized and supported with adequate information.
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is fundamental
• Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)
• Positive working attitude.
• Able to manage deadlines.
