Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Job Description:

- Reports to the Financial Controller.

- Responsible for keeping and maintaining full sets of accounts (including data entry, monthly payments, invoicing, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation, audit schedules, tax schedules, GST returns, handle petty cash claims, perform XBRL reporting etc).

- Ensure proper accounting records and documentation.

- Liaise with auditor and tax agent on statutory audit and tax related matters.

- Liaise with clients and banks on accounts related matters where necessary.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

- Assist in financial budgeting.

- Ensure company’s policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Provide administrative support.

- Any ad-hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Accounting Degree /ACCA qualification

- With 3 to 5 years working experience in the areas of auditing/accounting.

- Meticulous, diligent and possess good working attitude.

- Preferably have experience using Quickbooks.

- Work place in CBD area. Raffles Place MRT station.

• Reinstatement works involving casting back the existing opening by steel beam and bondek slab.
• Removal of internal staircase and lift support system, removal of the internal steel structure for auditorium, removal of lift pit and escalator pit, provide steel beam strengthening and FRP strengthening below the existing PT slab & removal of RC bin center.
• Schedule is April 2024 to December 2024.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil & Structural Works including RC, Steel Works, Composite Structure, Bondek construction, bolt & end plate installation for steel beam, Structural Demolition (RC and Steel) Works.
• Particular experience in supervision of structural steel works, composite structures, bondek construction, post tensioned structure and temporary works.
• Particular experience in supervision of architectural and M&E` works will be an added advantage.
• Particular experience in FRP strengthening works.
• Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB’s NCCS training certificate.
• Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.
• Must be working as full time RTO and cannot working as part time RTO during service.
