About This Role:-

The CRO is a senior executive responsible for the effective independent oversight of AsiaNext Exchange’s risks, under the direction of the Board of Directors. The CRO’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement a risk management framework with appropriate tools for the measurement, reporting and control of AsiaNext’s financial and non-financial risks. Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll twice a month
2. Submit claims for Government-Paid Leave and NS Claims.
3. Submit CPF and Annual Tax Filing for all employees.
4. Handle employees’ queries on payroll related matters promptly
5. Ensure correct employee particulars and update payroll information
6. Update and maintain employee database
7. Preparation of monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
8. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Higher Nitec and above in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience is required
• Prior experience handling payroll processing
• Proficient in MS Office Advanced Excel & TimeSoft Payroll System
• Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Meticulous, detailed and good with numbers
• Proficient with MS Office Applications, especially Excel
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit/credit note, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to solve collection issues and gain payment commitments, while building rapport and a positive relationship with global strategic account.
• Check stopped orders report on a daily basis for the assigned region and/or product line. Review the overdue status and risk development of the customer before releasing the order.
• Conduct customer review of the new and existing customers and recommend credit lines according to the global credit policy.
• Work with cash applications team and customer service team to research and resolve short payments/non-payment disputes.
• Attend periodic collection meeting and coordinate closely with regional finance and commercial team to address any escalated collection matter.
• Inform manager of potential problems in the credit review process or collection process and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Perform AR reporting on overdue balances and top accounts as per request from business units.
