Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial processes and matters, including cost accounting and controlling, preparation and monitoring of budgets and rolling forecast, monthly closing, and timely preparation of financial reports according to policies and regulations

• MBA in Finance
• At least 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Handle calls at all times and charge (wrap up code) accordingly if any
• Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
• Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership (raise change management form for amendment / update)
• Check for support agreement / warranty validity per local guideline.
• Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined
• Log complete and accurate data within the call logging tool (CRM) and booking appointment (date/time) for all 3 service centres & ensure mobility service are offered to customer at all time
• Provide technical call screening and assign call to the appropriate delivery method and payment type
• Optimise available workshop capacities by effectively assigning work/ cars to each service centres
• Provide customer with call number for follow-up and set customer expectations on the next steps in the service delivery process
• Provide best effort technical advice to customer in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in special product campaign or promotions
• Arrange for airport service, pickup and delivery for customers
• Schedule customers for professional car care services
• To ensure daily service level achievement
• Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service industry or 2 years in Call Centre support

• Assist to manage the facilities in the Sports Centre and organise competitions, leagues and friendly matches

About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of services to meet the requirement of the customers by coordinating with the different service providers, warehouse and other department. You will form an inegral part of the customer service team to play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is an implant role and will be working at the customer's site in Kallang permanently.

Key Responsibilities

• To monitor inbound shipments, update tracking, provide updates to stakeholders, coordinate customs clearance and unloading at 3PL
• To coorindate smooth clearance of inbound shipments with forwarders and perform timely Goods Receipt into SAP system.
• To handle daily shipments received from customer and coordinate with appointed 3PL service providers to execute in a timely manner. Process includes; empty return's collection, prompt response to enquiries and the management of customer
• To perform regular return shipment of empty canisters and cylinders to customer's plants
• Responsible for timely updates of assigned reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Good team player who can work independently with minimum supervision
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work offsite in customer's location
