Job Details:

• Location : Alps Avenue
• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri : 2100Hrs - 0600 Hrs , Sat: 2100 Hrs - 0100 Hrs)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive with daily tasks.
• Prepare and organize the House Air Waybill (Pre HAWB), including cargo labels and document sorting.
• Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers prior to flight departures.
• Perform job registration using the company's Freight Management System.
• Follow and comply with specific handling instructions (especially for urgent cargo).
• Ensure all export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.

Requirements:

• GCE-O Level/Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably 3-5 years of related experience in Air Freight Industry.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

• Ensure compliance with government authorities legislative requirements for earth control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess effectiveness and identify potential issues.
• Oversee implementation of earth control measures, including silt fences, sediment basins, and other erosion control methods.
• Collaborate with Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to ensure site safety and environmental compliance.

• Minimum 2 years valid ECMO registration (IES)

Other Duties

• Maintain museum decorum and general cleanliness
• Maintain facility security
• Simple F&B duties
• Assist in emergency evacuation/administer first aid
• Other duties as and when assigned by senior management

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• Not necessary; however, prior experience (at least 1 year) working at heritage sites or attractions will be an advantage.
